It distributes around 10,000 food and related products to 15,000 points of sale.

I wonder who are these people and what they are seeing there? I bough the stock at 3 $ and almost lost the 2/3 of my money in march, but this is still on my watch list for curiosity sake.

The stock price barely moved since the plunge, the charts are negative, profits are down, the debt load is incredibly high (>7x ebitda) and it as one of the most horrendous management team I have ever seen.

The only thing that could bring some kind of shareholder return would be a takover, but the management protected their jobs with a poison pill... Any opinion?
