I'm buying 10,000 of this tomorrow morning

Even if dividend is cut (BIG "if") by a third, this will still pay >8% per year... And I am convinced dream office won't cut dividend any time soon.

MASSIVELY overvalued and MASSIVELY oversold, should bounce back to $22-23 within months. EASY buy for me monday morning.
