RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Owning COS vs SU

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Owning COS vs SUI don't think SU will get 2/3 votes for 0.25 SU. As at week ending Nov 27 (ASC hearing), COS only have a second meeting with one prospect. COS said another of the prospect will have a second meeting in week ending Dec 4. There are two prospects which had first meeting....In short, as at now, out of the 4 who signed CA, two had second meetings and two had first meeting.... I didn't think this sort of things (meetings, questions, due diligence study) progress fast... My guess even with these 4 parties who had meetings will probably need at least 2 or 3 weeks... Hopefully one will finish in time to at least have a formal expression of interest before Jan 8, it will make the situation far more interesting than just one hostile low bid of 0.25 SU... We all don't know the progress of the 25 - 4 = 21 parties....as well as the other Syncrude partners who did not need to sign CA.. To be frank, I don't expect any co will be forwarding any expression of interest before Dec 4 because they will like to see whether SU extend the expiry date.... If SU didn't extend the expiry date, then all parties have lots of time to consider... But unluckily SU has extended the expiry date to Jan 8, then whoever interested will have the limited time and they might reckon as "not enough time" and drop out ! Who knows ! We will soon see in New Year.
