Hard not to conclude that Win-Win was nothing more than a diversionary tactic by a ruderless management.
Sad to say but XME is not the only joke on the VSE.  There are many, many others.  The exchange should clean house and delist all of them.



watchmeplz - feel sorry for you and others that are still holding.  Did you yever get the 3 million shares you were shooting for?

Hopefully they can at some point arrange for the reverse split.  That would at least give shareholders another kick at the cat.
