Isn't ALP traded on the Frankfurt exchange?   More likely he is just meeting with fund managers over there offering reassurances that this 'tax loss selling' annual event in Canada is almost over.

12 more days and it is behind us.

Personally, while I'm long, I'd like to add more and average down, so I'm hoping the downtrend continues.
