As for you Jim Gifford, I really don't get your gig other than you truly want to drive the share price down and if you are better than the idiot that I am certain you are you should be advised to seek the best legal counsel as incorporation cannot protect you from a lawsuit, possibly major lawsuits.
Perhaps your ploy amounts to nothing more than grabbing a few cheap shares.

Otherwise, you and possibly many others (a stern warning to many posters on this board) could end up with fines and/or in jail.
BTW an OSC inquiry could cripple you and it is coming.
