I hope you enjoy. D.UN is, I believe, the bargain of the decade (so far).

If you invest $100,000 in D.UN, you would earn $1,000 a month forever (and that amount will be raised eventually) and the stock has very little room downwards. Crazy.

Oh and the dividend is sustainable no matter what the parano-idiots say.
