RE:RE:What's it worth in 3 years? Hi Doc and JRP
If in 3 years we have cash equivalent to $1 a share that would be $22MM assuming no more buybacks. That would average just over $7MM a year.
We should take into account our feed from Sipetrol and YPF is not consistant. They seem to encounter production issues at the most unlikely times. I don't believe RPT has anything in their contract with Sipetrol or YPF to cover our fixed costs when there is little production to process.
In addition we are now seeing the plant needing more capital to maintain it and it will probably be getting more maintenance then less.
I think the $7MM is aggressive and when you factor in production issues and the plant being down we might be closer to a total of $12MM. Now is my logic any better then yours....Nope but I can't see anything at this time that will increase our cashflow to $1 a share in 3 years.
Not to say that something can't be announced tomorrow just that the only thing that has been positive recently has be the election.
