I agree with you, but for different reasons.  At the moment senior executive salaries amount to about 15% of the entire market cap (assuming they have not taken a pay decrease).  If they all leave then I can easily see the remaining market cap going to pay for golden handshakes for the wonderful job they have done (at least that's been the pattern for other companies) which will leave the shareholder with nothing.

I am curious, however, given that the Liberals have promised a tremendous increase in funding for infra-structure and one would assume that would required a lot of the services Westernone provides, why haven't we seen even a little bump in value.  

Not much left to do but hold and hope perhaps that somewhere there is a will to turn this ship around -  so many of us bought in 2 years ago when this was a "strong buy" HA!!

Just my opinion...and clearly I don't have much credibility or foresight in picking companies that will perform.
