Dailin, this came out after the press release today. 
This is not old. Before commenting please make sure you know what you're commenting on. 
I've got a feeling you're commenting on an older analyst report ( I would hope?). 
This report is the most current available i.e. from today. 

I doubt there was much dilution since this report came out. 

Very helpful I found. It seemed to answer many of the questions I put forth to the board earlier on.
