(TSX:DIV) (the "Corporation" or "DIV") is pleased to announce that its board of directors has approved a cash dividend of $0.01854 per common share for the period of December 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015, which is equal to $0.2225 per common share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be paid on December 31, 2015 to shareholders of record on December 18, 2015.
