   Interpretation:   
    Considering the low grade of the deposit it may never see production in this generation.  Because Teck Resources first has to keep themselves afloat.   

Next they have many superior projects listed in their pipeline which could consume the next 40 years to bring to life.   Not to mention future discoveries which will far out pace the meager 8% IRR offered at CUU.  
   No rush to Shaft Creek in the last 35 years.    Mabye 35 years from now  it may be closer to civilization and infrastructure with a road already built for Galore and Romios.  Making access cheaper..   Till that happens it looks like pasturing  Moose there is still safe.
