RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Fission adopts Changes to Corporate Governance...

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Fission adopts Changes to Corporate Governance...You and everyone else who owns FCU may as well accept that existing managment is here to stay.

Giffy couldn't even come up with the money to pay for the shareholder list, and probably couldn't be trusted with it had he got it.

Noone knows anything whatsoever about that guy, his true motives, and certainly his website and blog, wasn't the most brilliant.

I might expect if he doesn't take down all the silly stuff on it, he will have a bigger problem of paying his lawyer and court fees.

If you have good ideas, send them on to Fission managment.  And if you took the care to build a rapport with them, they may even listen to you.

For eg, I called up Ben, what the heck, I thought, may as well say hello to him, see what his think might be for situation. We had a nice frank chat. Based on our chat, he may decided hias plan was not viable, and have even decided, to tell Giffy, he was not interested in continuing to stand.

He really could not have a hope in the world of doing what he told me he wanted to do. As after he did tell me, I asked hiom point blank, "how you gonna do that". His answer was basically, I don't know.

Truly a difficult time for all commodities, oil at $37.58, talk of 100,000 people in Alberta gonna loose their jobs, spill over of that to the rest of Canada.

So if you have some magical answers pass them on. Pointless to just complain.

letsgetready wrote: Your points are noted. I'm here still because of PLS despite management. that may change but as of now I've a substantial holding.
Gigantapithic wrote: At some point that has to come into play "sell your shares". I mean if you're so unhappy and think so little of management why would you continue to own. Management is obviously not changing. The dissent group was basically shown the door and dismissed. No matter how they worded their exit from the proxy fight they had no proven support. Management had majority vote for the merger, they're not going to lose to oversight. Oversight literally got spanked and sent home. With that in mind, nothing is going to change. Management will continue as is and keeping proving up massive amounts of Uranium.

Posting the same thing over and over and over again seems futile so why bother? If you're so miserable that you have to come here and post about it wouldn't it be better to sell your shares? If you're willing to hold onto you shares you must see a good return on the horizon which basically means despite management you still see good things to come? If that's the case why keep posting the same garbage? You're only propagating the negativity that a lot of us don't agree with. What's the end goal as a shareholder who bashes their own holdings? Seriously?

letsgetready wrote: You are compensated by FCU aren't you. And other posters on this board. Another of my points. "sell my shares" you must have been listening to your boss.
Greenday wrote: @ letsgetready - I don't have an issue with FCU's governance but if there's something you have problem with, then don't be so lazy and do you own due diligence.  Don't as me to do your due diligence.  And if you don't like something, then just sell your shares.  Why hang around and continually whine when you can move on to something you prefer?
