RE:RE:RE:RE:What's it worth in 3 years? Hi Doc
If you look at the last Qtr report you can see that they had a period when production was 35mmcfd, rather than 80mmcfd. This has happened in other quarters s well. There may be some $ in the bank but we still owe around $0.8MM to a third party for that moment in 2012 when we blew up.
There is no announcement that we will continue to buy back shares in the coming years. But it could happen.
I look forward to some type of announcement in the next quarter that will either announce the sale of the compnay or an agreement for the next 10 years and enlargement of the plant to go along with the agreement.
Remember we do not have to sell. The market and economy is expected to improve for Argentina in the next 3 years as well as improved exploration technology (i.e. lower costs). If we do not sell the plant we continue to assess the off shore concession and wait for the right JV. Once new gas fields are brought online then the $7.50USD mmcfd will kick in and future processing fees will increase creating even more value to our future cashflow. So they can pay now at $2.25 USD per share or 2 years from now at $5.00 USD per share.
