RE:N.R.I have been waiting to see what the company was going to do in terms of getting more industry muscle involved.

Based on Crystal's resume I have to say that I am pleased and look forward to what he has to offer the company and its shareholders. It seems he could be a real help both in terms of regulatory efforts but also in terms of finance.
