RE:I Voted Withhold

RE:I Voted WithholdAnd you would replace this BOD with the OS group? The KEY tiger is to keep the current BOD and continue to drill & explore & grow PLS. I get sick of you small group of disgruntled investors who want to replace the current management, but offer nothing in exchange. The current board is the best there is.......the board you guys wanted in place is kinda like replacing the Seattle Seahawks with the BC Lions!! No comparison.

tiger6301 wrote: FCU's BODs are working hard trying to protect their jobs, rather than trying to work for the better of our shareholders.  My points are as following:

1.  If the BODs are "truly" independent, then DEV & Ross should resign from the board;
2.  If DEV believe the BODs are independent, then he should not bring his Dundee buddy to the new BOD nominee. FCU is a small exploratory co, no need to have so many directors, this man is just another "YES" man. This shows DEV's true color, protect himself, rather "Independent" as claimed.
3.  Since the failure of merging with DML,  there are NO CHANGE AT ALL in coporate MANAGEMENTS,  it's all SMOKE AND MIRROR, just TALKING, NO "REAL" ACTION.

In resource investment, MANAGEMENT IS THE KEY, although we all believe PLS is a great discovery.  Withough good management, the resouce's potential can not be realized.

Still hold all my positions, and it's too late to sell my shares. What's a great story, but horrible investment!
