RE:Price of oil if OPEC didn't existsaid last year their strategy wouldn't work...as in they will suffer more than they will ever gain by doing this.  Unless their entire purpose was to say "na na nana we can drill cheaper than you, ha"  It won't stay below $50 for over 2 years, the Sauds need almost $100 to budget their ballooned welfare state, cuz in all honestly, they don't have any skills to make money, and haven't really contributed anything to the world besides numbers (which was kinda huge though...)  I really want to see other technologies advance, and cars eventually evolve to what the porsche 918 is (but more efficient due to having less hp.)  The Sauds projections of oil demand into the distant future is delusional.  As people become more educated and richer in general they will put higher values on breathing fresh air.  Still burn oil, but way less, and let that imagineary empire fade into the desert like it was just a mirage...
