Take overTo all longs
A lot has been written about Integra´s future as an independent company and I believe the consensus at the message board is that we would like to see Integra walk the walk by itself, i.e. building a mine in Valle D´Or, with the help of a few friends...
However, one can not disregard the the publicity Integra has generated over the last year. Integra is on everyone´s radar and it seems highly unlikely that at some point offers will be made. (WHEN is the big question, not IF) Eldorado has taken a piece of the pie by investing
C$4,9M. a few months ago and should definitely be seen as a prospective suitor. Agnico Eagle, Oceanagold and Goldcorp seem to fit the bill as well.
It´s of paramount importance that Integra keeps those drills turning and dig up more and higher grades as soon as it can. Once the next PEA is released I do not think that there is a chance that Integra will continue to exist as an independent company. Too much gold, too easy to mine, good infrastructure in place etc etc etc..... It´s next to impossible for predators to leave all of this alone....
So I believe Integra are now, as we speak, definitely talking to parties willing to cough up the money to bring this scenario to fruition. The company must have many CA´s with many different suitors in place of which we do not know the content. We should al hope, and it certainly appears that this is the way things develop, that Integra will be given ample time to drill for more ounces and higher grades before an offer is put on the table.
Drill like there´s no to tomorrow and come out with a much better PEA in a few months time. 7 drills are turning as we speak, lots of results are pending and previous high grade results have not been included in the last PEA, all of this also points to Integra wanting to walk the walk by itself which is good for Integra and good for shareholders too.
The picture above looks prettier by the day.......
