Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

Please show me a post where I said, or implied that there was a high probability of the Saudis cutting production on Dec 4th. 

Two weeks ago, Iae wasn't at 0.62, it was much closer to $1. So obviously at that point I wouldn't think that Iae could be bought out for $1. If the data changes, you have to change your conclusion. 

Why in the world would Iae allow Delek on the board if they knew that Delek would eventually offer something low? Well why in the world do people get married if they know they are gonna get divorced? The point is they don't know beforehand. Iae is not in control of what Delek does, nor could they know what Delek eventually might do. I am not saying that Delek planned to low ball from the get go, but you have to be "slow" if you don't think Delek would ponder it. 

Your meteor Anaolgy is pretty silly. If you think the the chances of Delek putting in a low offer are the same as being hit by a meteor, well I can't help you.
