Forecast, your very naive if you think this maintenance being advanced 6-7 months is a strategic decision. It's most likely forced by deteriorating performance of the coker and inability to fix the problems while it was still operating. It guarantees nothing about 2016 production. Read the press release again and take note that the disclaimer on forward looking statements is 2 times longer than the carefully worded release! And with regard to workers, you need more of them and not less for coker turnarounds.
