Araxa is a vertically integrated rare earth element and niobium mine and extraction plant project located in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

I believe ....

this is a perfect example of what is meant by "the calm before the storm". I am amazed at the complete lack of movement pre-announcement. Only 3 more days to go. Good xmas - bad xmas??? Hard to say based on the stalemate that exists.
