I stay silent because I'm as guessing as anybody here. And everybody already said that it probably would come with a deal and upfront or otherwise they wouldn't call for a CC. What else could be said ?
Except maybe : Lord are they good at creating a buzz these bast4rds! :-D
And it's been a while we haven't heard about NASH and Heart fibrosis. (But these are not orphan, by far.)
Besides, I'm just slightly pissed off because I had spent all week writing this thorough qualitiative valuation / takeover avoidance analysis, to complement my quantitative one, that I was about to post here at the close of the market on friday. And now I guess I'll have to rewrite at least part of it. :-)
You know you're a VERY happy shareholder when that's the only bad thing you have to say about it all. :-D
