Hi Ho chairman DeCotiis quits, cites issues with CEO
2014-11-04 16:04 ET - Shareholders Letter
Mr. Ivano DeCotiis reports
STEPPED DOWN AS CHAIRMAN AND QUIT THE BOARD; OCT. 29; HI HO SILVER RESOURCES INC.
Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. chairman Ivano DeCotiis has released the following letter.
Dear Hi Ho board members,
I am writing to advise that I am resigning from the board and stepping down as chairman of Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. immediately, and request that this letter be provided to the British Columbia Securities Commission and the TSX Venture Exchange in accordance with the company's continuous disclosure obligations.
I have reluctantly decided to resign following a breakdown in relations with the president and chief executive officer, Dennis Harry McKnight. Certain events of recent weeks have called into question Mr. McKnight's actions to corporate governance, and I believe this impairs my capacity to operate effectively as an independent chairman/director.
Sincerely,
Ivano DeCotiis
