VMS to recover in 2016

VMS to recover in 2016succesful deals always seem to lead back to management. VMS is on my list for potential buyouts if only for the fact it has collapsed and has relatively advanced assets.

I found an EBook which reveals there have been 3 components needed in every junior mining buyout over the past 5 years.. at least in North America.

VMS appears to have 2 of them, similar to 3 past buyout deals outlined in a report on 50 buyout candidates for 2015.

The review goes in depth on what it takes for a junior miner stock to be bought out and which top CEOs (50 of them) led companies to that success.

The companies and how to value them properly begin on page 8 or so of this free report.

Anyone who is unsure of management and wants to up their IQ on takeovers in the NA junior resource sector should read this, before holding or doubling down..
