PYD Share BuybackI'm not sure a share buy back would be the best use of the financing being made available to Poydras. I agree that it could provide a short term boost to the share price. However, it would not substantially improve PYD's position in the market. It would also prolong the time it takes Poydras to actually accomplish their goals. This non-dilutive financing is a huge opportunity to grow far faster than they otherwise could have. There will be more value created if PYD uses any financing to increase the number of revenue generating machines and expand their footprint. No one can argue with a business model of 80-90 percent profit margins and 2-3 year payback of capital. Then when PYD has double the current EBITDA they can buy back shares and purchase machines with cash on hand, without having to increase their debt load. Good luck to anyone selling this close to the tax deadline. Poydras is moving well into oversold territory, and once people start jumping back in, you might be sitting on the sidelines. DYODD and GLTA.
