Farim is a phosphate mine project located in Farim, Guinea-Bissau. Santana is a vertically integrated high-grade phosphate mine and fertilizer plant project located in Para, Brazil. Araxa is a vertically integrated rare earth element and niobium mine and extraction plant project located in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

RE:Deadline for Definitive Binding Documentation is December 15

I wouldn't be surprised if the extended it and this dragged on until mid Feb with how things have gone to date. I would be more surprised if they actually finished the deal tomorrow. I would be totally shocked actualy.
