Innventure Inc T.INV

Primary Symbol: INV

Innventure, Inc. founds, funds, and operates companies with a focus on transformative, sustainable technology solutions acquired or licensed from multinational corporations (MNCs). The Company is focused on unlocking value from technologies by building companies that it believes have the potential to achieve a billion-dollar enterprise value. For MNCs, it is an entrepreneurial platform that acquires and commercializes their innovations. It identifies and commercializes disruptive technology opportunities and is designed to help mitigate the risks associated with building start-up businesses by sourcing technology from MNCs. For investors, it creates an investment class targeting a combination of early-stage economics and late-stage risk. It provides full funding for each new company, assembling teams tailored to each operating company's unique needs. It leverages unrealized technologies in which MNCs have made research and development investments, but that are not yet commercialized.

RE:loma articlethanks for link.....by the way I went true some ugly bear markets and market crashes in metals but I never owned the company so badly run and being so undervalued destroying shareholder capital as Inv Metals.....aprox. $5,000,000 market cap....$12,000,000+ cash on hand........50% of shares owned by Iamgold.....3 mill oz high grade gold.......and this guys behind this disaster are taking salaries and depleting cash on hand....and to make this more painfull compare Inv to Lundin Gold with $400,000,000 market cap having asset in same country Ecuador so no excuses about location or politics and trading on same TSX exchange.....
