I dont shop at Walmart. Those stores are everywhere, why shop online? I bought a computer from staples years ago and had no issues with their site at all. I'm not sure what difficulties you had. I bought a shirt online from Nordstrom recently, who I realize is a new customer, and they sort by brand, colour, fit, etc. It was easy to find what I was looking for, and I bought two other shirts as well that I wasn't looking for. If I used their app I probably would have just bought the one shirt. Basket size is an important consideration too. Individual stores have limited slection, making visual search practically a gimmick. I've said before I like and have used pounce/craves, I don't want to have to search individual stores.
