I'd like to see them get the money as I do think the company has legs.  However, this was an ill-timed financing.. bad time of year and rookie maneuver.  Halting the stock for a non-bought deal financing was also bush league.  I don't know who is advising these guys.  It certainly leads to questionable management, at least with respect to public markets.  Took some serious momentum out of the stock and it can take time to regain investor confidence.
