RE:RE:RE:Yet another private placement...Any management that has to add this adendum to a PP news release is to say the very least ,in complete disarray, pathetic absolutely pathetic ,IMHO they know they have failed the shareholders of this company hence the following adendum

"The proceeds from the above financing will be used to pay outstanding trade bills and for general working capital of the company. No part of the proceeds will be used to pay management fees or to pay related parties."
