If you're right, someone is lying. 

A guy on this board said he had been emailing with the executives about the PP and there was no mention of the deal coming in at 0.10 or 0.05 or anything other than the price in the prospectus. He did mention that an executive said it was a "tough pill to swallow" which doesn't inspire confidence.

Management has lied to people on this board before, most notably about not requiring financing until Q1 or Q2 2016.  That one could have been a mistake.  But to lie to a shareholder about something as specific and current as the execution of an ongoing PP is another story. The email would be brought to a shareholders convention.

I am not some Slyce fanboy. I don't believe in visual search's ability to materially improve sales in the near term, I don't trust anything promoted by Cam Chell (look at Vogogo, Urthecast, and Slyce's charts this year. Classic pump and dumps. Im sure he made out well.), and I was way ahead of the board in identifying Slyce's dire financial situation.... BUT, I think the deal gets done and I think the stock responds well to the news (20% up in a week).  

That's my reasoning.  If you have info about repricing the PP,  I AM ALL EARS. Save me some money.  If it is just speculation.  Then stick it.
