RE:strategy default? Ironically the two retirement homes that are not considered part of LRT's core portfolio could be the most valuable things left to sell......I am hoping for a bounce up in January once the 'special div' tax hit is gone.....just the value of the remaining properties not in FM should justify a higher sp imho......
