RE:RE:RE:Seymour blinking?I don't think Seymor is flinching. He did not become a billionaire by flinching. He is telling Williams in a nice way(as opposed to williams methods) that 28% will not tender their shares. That makes it pretty tough for Suncor to acheive the required precentage without this cadre of investors. Seymor is calling williams bluff by suggesting a warrant. If wiliams does not go this route he is telling everyone he does not believe his own rhetoric about low for longer. I also think the quietness by COS and IMO means other things. We shall see.
