NHC Flat While TSX Up Over 200 Points....
It seems investors are wisely waiting to see what NHC's earnings and financial statements look like before making a decision as to whether to buy or sell......Unless you have inside information, this company is a coin-toss....I've never seen a company that is not in trouble delay their full financial results this long.....Either the previous auditor messed up the books royally, the new auditor is having trouble doing their job, or NHC has found some major problem with how they reported in the past and is trying to figure out how to square the circle before releasing their results.....?.......Meanwhile, they are spending time and shareholders' money as a plaintiff in a lawsuit - Perhaps they should focus their full attention on their reporting practices and profitability instead of chasing after some analyst who may have made false accusations according to the "independent" review (which I suspect was also paid for by NHC shareholders) - Not very "independent" in my opinion if the people doing the investigation are being paid by one of the parties involved in the dispute......
