"A letter of intent that never developed. They are desperate for their shareholders votes. Petromin`s business is a nonfuctional business and will continue soon after the voting. Issuing Private Placements is their "Top" and only Priority. This raises much concern in the future of this business. Terra West will receive the most sum of money if they win Arbitration. Stock holders want to be paid. I believe there too many of them. Nothing impressive here.

Well well well don`t say I didn¬t warn you, just  what has this BoD been doing for you  these past years, now in panic mode, where will the settlement finish up??? 
who controls Terrawest ? why mr Chan and mr Gorrel do who controls the chinese entity that controls 80% of Terrawest why mr Chan does where will the money go my oh my  what an unmitigated  disaster for holders of this stock. whatever happened to the refurbishment of wells in morningside  remember the PP for that .
It s hoped the dissidents continue with law suit . IMHO something is very wrong here
