What does it take for this stock to move!!!???

What does it take for this stock to move!!!???Since December first we had 6 POSITIVE NRs and the stock has been moving between $2.97 to $3.25. When are the effing MMs are going to stop efing around with this price? It is so obvious a kid can recognise it. Any opinions out there?

Don't tell me that all the NRs were priced in already.
