RE:Not just tax loss selling You may be right but I've seen the RBC and TD analyst reports and neither of them mention coal as an issue. 

I don't know what the problem is with this.  They just released guidance for 2016 and it's about the same as usual. 

It could be tax loss selling.  Something keeps pushing it down.  I've seen many rises that don't hold.
