For clarification, I am an accountant (with a Computer Science background) based out of Vancouver, BC and I hold IT (cost base ~$13.50 for 300 shares). I also hold DFN, not DF (which I think is a very high risk investment at the moment).

This board was panicking and wondering why IT had a trade halt, I happened to find the cause and posted the short article. All it took was the right keywords and searching for recent Intertain news to find the StreetInsider link to Spruce.

I believe it's best to have all the information available and not attempt to hide it. If there's a short report on a stock, not posting about it doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
