RE:This is looking positive+++
RE:This is looking positive+++Sorry but I diagree with you. The loan's were negotiated in a time when the gas price promised buy the current goverment was 8.00 plus dollars within 3 months of the time, not the measly 3 plus dollars today. Secondly , if nko cannot resonably sell assets today how do you think a receiver would do. I personnally know a company that was in same situation that assets were percieved to be worth 30 mill and receiver got court approval to sell for 5 mill. the lenders know this game very well. I would say nko is more lucky then good to be getting extentions. I believe if the lenders stood a half of a chance to get out on their own they would have taken it and will take it if the oppourtunity presents itself.. So. I don't believe there is going to be any get fantastic deal that us shareholders will benefit from. At best the the debtors will get satisfied and us little guys will get the scrapps.... that could be possible double or triple from todays price but for most of us who have continually averaged down would not put us in a capital gains situation.
I'm still long however as i've said in the past my hope is waining.... If you like keep track of this post and when all is said and done when can evaluate just how close to the truth this is.
Cheers and Merry Xmas to all and a Happy New Year....
