You definitely raise a very valid concern Pennylane .

My question to you is how do you propose contacting a Lawyer ?

Surely a starting point would be to request full documentation from the current Directors to show that ALL shareholders will benefit from any settlement paid to Terra West ?

If there are agreements with the Current Board of Directors or agreements made with the former BOD restricting the proceeds to the present or past Directors then this information needs to be disclosed.

I sense there are posters here who support the dissidents who it seems control the Company in terms of the shares they own. I make this assumption because the current CEO owns 4 million plus shares which as such he is not a controlling shareholder.

For those attending the AGM at the end of the month, I would suggest you ask these questions BEFORE the AGM ....hopefully documentation can be provided to ensure your concerns are addressed.
