Something to ponder!!!!Kenny Chan is no longer a director of PTR he holds no shares in PTR
Kenny Chan is as far as I am aware still a Director of Terrawest as is Ross Gorrel
Kenny Chans Chinese company owns 80% of Terrawest and as far as I am aware both Ross Gorrel and Kenny Chan are directors of the Chinese company now controlled by Kenny Chan
Kenny Chan and Ross Gorrel were both directors of PTR and allowed in fact encouraged control of Terrawest by Kenny Chans Chinese company taking away the control of Terrawest from PTR and it`s shareholders.
If this is not a conflict of interests it`s the closest I`ve ever seen to it.
Any settlement will go to Terrawest what will happen then???????????
Worrying to say the least.
