Zappos could have been a company that was referred to in the 3rd Q Results under the section following the thrid quarter, i.e. leading "on-line" retailer.  I've noticed that some customers do not want to be named in contracts at all or until the technology is intergrated and available which makes sense.  You wouldn't want to have your name in a PR with a technology, people come and then it is not yet available. 

And great point about Amazon - what an endoresement.  I think people on here are confusing what has happened in the stock with what is happening in the business. The stock reaction is more emtional at this point than reflecting what the business is actually doing.  Eventually the market will realize and this will be a darling once again.
