If NHL is "rushing" back to NLN....
...if he's accurate in what he's saying, it would simply be a catalyst for MLBAM to buy out Neulion in 2016 - lock, stock and barrel - since MLBAM does not have the capability to stream in 4k...a buyout would not only fix the NHL problem - but prepare them for 4k adoption while giving them international exposure. I can't think of one "bad" thing for this stock. I wrote a list of why I own this. Everything seems to be going in Neulion's favour despite the stock price. 1) 4K adoption is increasing (which will help the DivX business) 2) Cord cutting is increasing (which will help the platform business) 3) Margins are increasing with new customers 4) Averaging 18-20% growth year over year 5) Strong financials - no debt - and $60M in cash (which will go up again after Q4) 6) Projecting EBITDA at $25M for 2015 and Net Loss at about $2-3M - will turn the corner substantially in 2016 for Net income 7) Only game in town with 4K streaming capability with an integrated end to end solution 8) Huge international potential 9) Renewed contracts with NFL, NBA 10) Betting they will get the Rogers 4K streaming business in 2016 (now that Rogers is going big into 4k) 11) Potential Nasdaq listing in 2016 I'm kicking myself for not buying more shares in the $0.60 range...this will be $1.50 to $2.00 by the end of 2016...that's my bet.
