RE:RE:RE:LRE 0.135 vs LTS 0.23at 35$ oil the longer LTS does not drill anymore their declines  will get therm close to breaching that covenant and lenders will force them to do assest sales to lower debt. Even if they are close to breaching and do not breach , in 6 months when banks do review of their balance sheet they could cut their credit line base again if oil doesn't improve significantly.

It is management's job to run a company and be prepared for the worst possible outcome for the company.
Management gets paid huge massive salaries and bonuses and yet they did not do their job building a company with strong balance sheet (ie low debt or increase revenue to service the debt) which I persoanlly find disgusting. so please do not make a statement saying they did a good job over the 2 years positioning the company , if they did not go on mad spending spree years ago the SP would be alot higher.
