RE:RE:RE:RE:Reply from RoosterThe other thing to consider is even though they have warrants available to them at .14 why would they not want to pick some shares up at .03?  If they firmly believe it will be over .14 in the future and they purchased some now they would have a lower average cost in the future and would show shareholders that the insiders are in it for the long haul.  Win - win.
