Also, if the price is $51.80 at 3:59 PM, you can see this sell of 500K, and put in a buy order at
$51.
What happens is, at the close when all those shares are all sold, THERE IS ONLY ONE PRICE.

If that WHOOSH at market goes all the way down to $50.41, EVEN IF YOU HAD a sell at $51, you
will get filled at $50.41.

Yes $50.41.

I saw all this, sold 1/4 of my shares at $52.15 and put in a bid at $51.02 at 3:59.
I got filled at $50.41.

Is this clear.
