I agree no action should taken by investors until the picture becomes clarified by the National Bank credit review, but the Dec 9th PR pretty well tells the story. The credit line will most likely be capped at the current o/s balance with perhaps a provision for a temporary bulge in the line if necessary to facilitate closing an asset sale.
