Wow.  I'm sure all the public companies you built, had the vision for, and run have succesfully landed Fortune 100 brands.  I'm sure you'd have something to be hyped about if you signed the largest home improvement retailer in the US.  The validation is in the customers that have adopted this technology, and that is a testament to management to secure the likes of Home Depot, Neiman Marcus, ToysRUs, etc.

Also, the current financing is not a bought deal.  Further, the unsolicited takeover had nothing to do with management.  They were blind sided by this rogue group, and this type of thing has happened before in the capital markets.  Do you think a company would tinker with this kind of activity and perhaps ruin the reputation it has with and future dealing with its customers?  They quickly stated that they were unaware and the very nature of the leakage (a few mintues prior to market close) and premium price was unbelievable to begin with.  Move on.
