Results in G/T and Feet? Next RaiseAnyone know when next dilutive raise is?

Does anyone understand the results?  Why were these results for the "bull-eyes target" (trying not to laugh) reported in g/t and feet.  Different metric systems.  Hmmm... don't usually see this... unless....  Yikes if lower plate results like this can't wait to see the upper plate!
