RE:RE:TOP picks BNNI find Derek Warren to be one of the better analysts out there. I think the market is discounting the fedex properties and not giving it the right dues. 

He likes both the Pure companies  .. . probably Pure Family REIT much more. 

I have holdings in both and both are good long term buys.
